Shipping Policy
When you place an order for CBD Products through the Central Valley CBD website, your order will be shipped to the address you designate as the "Shipping Address",
Shipping Costs/Times:
Free Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for Delivery - Orders £25.00 and over *(Monday - Friday) Orders submitted will be dispatched the following working day.
Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for Delivery - £4.99 for orders under £25.00 *(Monday - Friday) Orders submitted will be dispatched the following working day.
European Standard Shipping - £9.95, please allow 3 - 7 working days to receive your products.
Rest of the World:
International Shipping Zone 1: £15.00 for orders between £75.00–£100.00
International Shipping Zone 2: £20.00 for orders between £50.00–£75.00
International Shipping Zone 3: £25.00 for orders between £0.00–£50.00
Orders submitted will be dispatched the following working day.
NB: All orders placed on a Friday will not be shipped until the following Monday.
Trade Shipping Costs/Times:
FREE UK Trade Shipping - Orders over £350, please allow for 2 - 5 working days to receive your products.
UK Trade Shipping - £9.99 for orders under £350, please allow 2 - 5 working days to receive your products.
Rest of the World - £14.95, please allow 3 - 7 working days to receive your products.
- Rest of the World - International shipping – The cost of shipping will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping zone and basket value. The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorises Central Valley CBD to import the goods on their behalf. The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.
- Shipping Restrictions – Our products can be shipped worldwide with the exception of the following countries: Australia, Bouvet Island, Heard & McDonald Islands, Iran, Malaysia, North Korea, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Syria, United Arab Emirates.
- Missing or Lost Packages – All our parcels are tracked. Should your shipment not arrive within the specified times indicated above then please contact us immediately at support@centralvalley.co.uk and we will endeavour to resolve this issue.
- Please Note: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure our product can be imported legally to the customer's location. Central Valley CBD will not be held responsible for shipments seized by customs.
