CBD Strength Calculator – mg per ml & per Gummy
Use this guide to compare the concentration shown on CBD oil and gummy labels. It performs product-strength calculations only; it does not recommend a personal dose or provide medical advice.
CBD oil: calculate milligrams per millilitre
Divide the total CBD in the bottle by the bottle volume:
Total CBD (mg) ÷ bottle volume (ml) = CBD per 1ml

These calculations assume the amount printed on the label is the total CBD in the full bottle. Use the measuring marks supplied with the product and check its individual label.
CBD gummies: calculate the pack total
Multiply the CBD stated per gummy by the number of gummies:
CBD per gummy (mg) × number of gummies = total CBD in the pack
For example, 25 gummies containing 50mg each provide 1,250mg CBD across the complete pack. This is a pack-total calculation, not a recommended serving.
Current UK consumer guidance
The Food Standards Agency currently advises healthy adults to limit CBD from food to 10mg per day. Some products contain more than 10mg in 1ml or in one whole gummy, so read the label carefully and consider your total daily intake. The FSA does not recommend CBD for children, people taking medication, anyone trying to conceive, or those who are pregnant or breastfeeding unless under medical direction.
